I did have reservations at the start but from the start the service was good and my fireplace was out for delivery in a matter of days. Delivery guys brought it in and I unpacked this carefully as it was packed so well. I am delighted with my purchase and it looks really good and gets really warm, so happy and at the fraction of some of those in the show room for the same quality.

Hi Margaret, thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're delighted to hear you're pleased with your electric fireplace. Enjoy its warmth and ambiance!
I love this fire as so stylish I have put it up on the wall it looks great and I had many compliments however when I got it I tipped the white pebbles into the tray and then added the logs the dust from the pebbles went on the screen I wiped them with a microfiber cloth but it has scratched the surface please please be careful if this happens to you then use a hairdryer on cold setting and blow dust off then you can use a damp microfibre cloth ( just use water ) or you can clean with a gentle soap in water not hot cold water . I wish I had thought about it before I wiped it as it was a reaction rather than thinking how to clean the screen as I've never had a fire like it . So be warned.
Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear you love the look of your fire and that it's received so many compliments. We also appreciate you sharing your cleaning tips and experience with other customers. We hope you continue to enjoy your fireplace for years to come!

I am very pleased with my purchase. Fire is exactly what I had hoped for, it looks amazing. Looks more expensive than it was!
I have knocked a star off for delivery as I received a text about 2 hours prior to it being delivered and as I was in work at the time, I did not see the message until after they'd tried to deliver it!
As there was no-one home they took it back and I had to wait until they were back in the area the following week which was extremely frustrating as we were ready for it to be installed!
Website easy to navigate & information informative. Fast delivery & exceptional service. Fire is of great quality & stunning, will make winter nights a delight. Would highly recommend & will most certainly tell my family & friends.

The fire looks great and appears to be very good quality, no complaints at all , other than the remote control being supplied without a battery which was not a big problem as I managed to get one from my local supermarket.
